It is very enlightening and the photos are great!

To add a little about the black sausage, well it is a black sausage called Butifarra that sometimes is confused with Morcilla wich usually is not used for  Fiambre.

But you can do with your fiambre whatever you want, but I don´t recomend moronga in it.  Buen provecho from Guatemala.</description>

The black sausage is called Moronga or Morcilla sometimes, and it&#039;s nothing but the intestine skin filled up with blood, after the blood gets clogged it becomes a hard sausage, then is cut in slices and served, believe it or not that is it, no kidding, I never eat it alone because it kind of disgusting to me, but actually inside the fiambre I love it.
