I took a recipe from mother's than in time... has motivated me to include on my book once completed... tapas style. I don't think most people will be very patient to follow original. This recipe will be very useful to those that enjoy Guatemalan Cuisine all over the world... and that when visiting our homeland, find it heart warming. Think of it as a Sunday brunch at San Lucas.
