This is what La Antigua Guatemala’s Central Park looks like as people get together to celebrate Guatemala’s Independence. If you don’t like crowds, stay away from Parque Central around September 15th.

    LOL!!! I wish we were back there! Independence Day in Guatemala is a great celebration. I can still remember the sounds of all the bands as they packed into the square in La Antigua. Thanks for sharing this year’s celebration with us.
