Arches, Anyone, Anyone?

Arches, Anyone, Anyone?

Sometimes in your way to work, you just have to stop, take a deep breath and sip from your cup of coffee from La Antigua Guatemala and enjoy the scenery around el Tanque de la Unión. Sometimes you just have to take all the wonderful light and color on the dry season in La Antigua Guatemala.

Wouldn’t you?

This photo is stunning! I don’t know when I’ve ever seen a photo with so strong of a contrast between the darkness of the shadow and the brightness of the sunlight. Add to that the depth of blue in the sky above — it’s amazing! It’s been a while since I looked at your site — what a wonderful delight to have this image be the first one I saw.

Pues I’ve been observing from the sidelines (aka google reader). The sky in Antigua seems stunning this time of year (envidia de la buena 😉 ) I wish you the best in this holiday season and happy day of Guadalupe to you, but more to your better half.

So, readers, if you get to el tanque de la union you keep going and eventually you find the humble abode of the eye behind the lens at LAGDP. Isn’t it amazing to be able to live so close to this beauty both natural, cultural and architectural? Saludos desde Toronto.
