Tomatoes, Basil and Cheese

Tomatoes, Basil and Cheese

Costa, given to the pleasure of eating, philosophized about God. He said that his existence was proved in the sublime flavor of garlic, or in the sacred combination of tomato with basil.

Carol Zardetto, in With Absolute Passion, pg 89.

Now, can you tell us where we can find proof of God’s existence in La Antigua Guatemala in the form of the sacred combination pictured above? ;-)
