		<description><![CDATA[Do Antiguenos prefer water running through these, Rudy ?  I&#039;m just curious.  I can see (well, I HAVE seen) what happens if there is too much water, but in Southern California, where my mother lives, dry drainage channels become informal garbage dumps.   :(
I&#039;m hoping Antiguenos take more pride in their city.]]></description>
