If you want to learn how to make chocolates now you can in Antigua Guatemala if you stop by Chocomuseo, a chocolate delicatessen shop next door to Doña Luisa restaurant that has workshops that teach young and not so young how to prepare them. If you like chocolates a bit, stay away from Chocomuseo, listen to me you will thank me for the sound advice, but if you ignore my recommendation, be warned, it is very difficult to leave Chocomuseo without buying all kinds of chocolate, especially the 70% cacao chocolates.
