Artisans of San Pedro Las Huertas, Antigua Guatemala
Ever since colonial times, the artisans have produced high craftsmanship pieces and that’s why they are saw after. Present day artisans in and around La Antigua Guatemala are still being looked after for the craftsmanship, such as these artesanos from San Pedro Las Huertas who produce religious objects for churches all over Guatemala and Central America. This piece will be part of the religious imagery of a church in Taxisco, Santa Rosa, Guatemala.
