We’re men of maize!
No wonder in Guatemala we eat corn on the cob in so many ways. The two most popular are elotes asados or charbroiled corn on the cob and elotes cocidos or build corn on the cob. On top of that, we can eat them either way with only lime juice, salt and chile or have them crazy style or elotes locos, which come with mayo, catsup, lime juice, salt and parmesan cheese or dry and ground Guatemalan cheese.
