Portrait Prints as Gifts — Shy Maya Girl

Rudy Giron: Antigua Guatemala &emdash; Street Portraits — Sofia

We continue our mini series of “Portraits Prints as Gifts” with surprised face of this shy Maya girl. In fact, she was reluctant to even participate in the making of the first portrait. Her mom had to encourage her. Introverts are like that, it takes a solid argument to convince them to participate in a mini portrait session. So, imagine her surprise when I walked up to her to deliver a print she was not expecting.

As I said before, the synergy created by the act of giving prints of the portraits made on the streets of Antigua Guatemala is so rewarding.

The funds to print these portraits come from your donations and a percentage of the Antigua Photo Walks.
