Those of you with architectural knowledge could you share with the rest of us what kind of window is this? I find it often in Antigua Guatemala I would like to know more about them.

The walls are so thick that they cut the sides back to permit more light and air into the building, what they are called? I have no clue.

  Yeah Norm, the walls are so thick. I believe I have mentioned it before, but if not, I will put it again on my to photograph list. Thanks for the reminder.
