Spanish Crown Emblem and Guatemalan Flag

Yesterday I read in on one of the social media networks that Guatemala is a country aspiring to enter the 21st Century, but with so many things still pending from the 19th Century. That is so true, I know it now after taking my History of Antigua Guatemala USAC’s certificate program. My question was how can make this concept visual while walking back to the office and then I look up and I saw this picture. What do you think, does it work?
