Panoramic vista of the things to do in Antigua Guatemala this weekend

There is plenty to do in Antigua Guatemala this weekend. The weekend kick off with the Señorita Antigua beauty pageant on Friday night. Then, if you stroll by the main square, parque central for the locals, you can grab a book from the book fair installed there now. Also, you can also pick up information about the Spanish language fair or meet up happening on Saturday in the main square of San Juan del Obispo. Before you leave the central park, you can register to run the world famous half marathon of Las Rosas. If you head over to Casa Santo Domingo, you can also register to attend the one-week world class Foundry Photojournalism workshop which this year is being hosted in Antigua Guatemala. Last but not least, once again I will be leading a photo walk around Antigua Guatemala, explaining my approach in creating the most important and largest resource in English about La Antigua Guatemala.
