Long exposure at midday in Parque Central, Antigua Guatemala
I am guilty as charged: I don’t show enough movement in Antigua Guatemala. To fix that, I will begin a series of long exposure photographs to capture movement in Antigua Guatemala. Often, I prefer to focus in the aperture setting of the camera and only a few times I play with the shutter speed to show movement.
Today’s picture of the Fuente de las Sirenas, the mermaid fountain, was capture in 4-second exposure to right at noon in Parque Central. In this particular case, the water in the fountain acquires a silky look and there are a few ghosted people which show their were moving. I hope you enjoy this new Long Exposures category; let me know either way.
