Here’s the latest fashion dispatch from the streets of Antigua Guatemala. I hope you enjoy it and that this pictures draws a smile on your face. I know it did on mine.

How are pictures like this one conceived? That’s what I was asked on a recent Antigua Photo Walk. Well, I said, the picture forms in my head usually before I raise the camera to my eye. In this particular case, I saw the girl with the yellow dress walking out of the Compañía de Jesús building and I thought if I am fortunate she will walk along the red wall, so I raised my camera to my eye and configured it to be ready in case this happened. Synchronicity it is. I captured a couple of frames before I noticed a little girl entered the frame full of resolution and awe. Click, click, click, three pictures I was able to take before the ephemeral picture vanished. By the way, this picture was taken while leading a photo walk. 😉
