Photographing strangers on the streets of La Antigua Guatemala

I often say that if your photos are not good enough is because you’re not close enough. Of course, not everyone can get this close to a total stranger. One more thing to keep in mind is to have enough context to tell a story. Street photography or rather social documentary photography is all about story telling. Sometimes you can get away with a blurry background, sometimes you don’t. In my opinion, the picture blowing bubbles lady is benefited by having an out of focus background. What do you think?
