Colonial Kitchen from Antigua Guatemala

This is what a typical kitchen looked like in colonial times. Most pots and pans were made of clay, the stove used wood as fuel and there was a cupola to get the smoke out. This kitchen is kept as decoration as the food prepared in this restaurant uses a modern kitchen.
