Without a doubt the most complex and detailed Nativity scene I have ever seen is the Nacimiento of the Obras Sociales del Santo Hermano Pedro. You must watch the video tour and pictures included in this post to believe it. Heck, they recreated most landmarks of Antigua Guatemala as part of this Nativity scene.
