Bank Employees Waiting For Their Shift to Start

Most Guatemalan workers get paid every two weeks, at the beginning of the month and after the 15th of the month. A few minutes after the employees go in, a huge queue forms right outside the bank right before they open. Take a look at the Pay Day post to see the lines.
