Feeding the Pigeons

My commitment to share with you daily life images from Antigua Guatemala is as strong as it was on May 1, 2006.

Today I share with you a snapshot of an old lady feeding the pigeons. During my morning photo walk I saw the old lady opening the door with a bag, outside were two pigeons waiting to be fed; I set up my camera and selected a framing tight enough to remove anything that was unnecessary and I waited for the action shot; the old lady took her time, looked left and right, perhaps waiting for more pigeons and finally put her hand inside the bag and then out she through the alpiste, birdseed; I simply released the shutter and this quotidian vista was made. Enjoy!
