One of the most popular meals around Antigua is charcoal-grilled meats like beef, chicken, pork in adobo curry, sausages —red and white with herbs— all with radish salad, avocado sauce —guacamol is the Guatemalan spelling—, chirmol —a Guatemalan pico de gallo sauce—.
