Vegetarian Pizza from Quesos y Vino

Here’s another cosmopolitan vegetarian menu option from Quesos y Vinos, one of the oldest Italian restaurants in La Antigua Guatemala. They serve homemade pastas and pizzas cooked inside a wood-burning brick oven. I enjoy meeting people for lunch at Quesos y Vino’s patio dining area.

Wow, that looks so good! It’s not what we would call a pizza margherita in Italy, though. Ours have just tomato sauce and mozzarella. Yours looks much more interesting!

@Saretta, actually, I believe this is the vegetarian pizza and not the Margherita as I thought. Sorry for the confusion. 🙁

Unfortunately, with the exception of the calzone, our group of nine was hugely underwhelmed by the pizza and pasta. Looks 10, taste 4.
Also, I won’t go into it here, but I will elswhere on the web, this was the rudest service I have encountered in my life.
A good part of my career I traveled on business throughout the world and eat out a lot. This was a whole new level of bad
