Lavender Blooms During Fall in La Antigua Guatemala
Here’s your illustrated Spanish word of the day: Lavanda for lavender.
Winter is Coming!
That’s right, but before that, we have otoño, autumn pues, which marks the beginning of the dry season in Guatemala. Otoño and invierno, Winter, are among the most attractive time to be in Guatemala, with enchanting light, lots of activity and seasonal foods. Unlike other places up north, Fall and Winter come with lots cold and windy weather blooms. Of course, this is the coldest time of the year and a few times we even reach the freezing 5ºC/45ºF, so plan accordingly.
