Feeding the ambulant vendors of Antigua Guatemala

There are two or three food vendors that show up around noon in Parque Central to feed the ambulant street vendors and whomever wants to buy a homemade meal for Q10/US$1.25 to Q15/US$2. I believe most plazas or parks also get a food vendor or two around lunch time.

Of course, fried chicken is always present as of the option as well as two or three other options. Besides the main dish, you get one or two sides like Russian salad, rice or beans, plus tortillas and a drink. ¡Buen provecho!
