27 Adentro Restaurant is serving up new version of the traditional Guatemalan plato típico or typical dish. This new presentation of the plato típico is simply delicious. 27 Adentro Restaurant has done a fantastic job with the new presentation and the taste by only using high quality ingredients and prepare them with care and passion. The lomito de res, beef loin steak, roasted potatoes and plantains plus the sides of a half avocado with pico de gallo plus the chorizo antigüeño mixed rice and beans is a stroke of genius. ¡Buen provecho!
