Foodie Fridays — Tostones from 27 Adentro

Can you believe it has been over a year since I last posted an entry on the Foodie Fridays series? I am glad I am reviving this delicious series with a photograph of the appetizing tostones with hilachas, shredded beef fried plantain patties served by one of my favorite foodie spots in Guatemala: Restaurant 27 Adentro.
