Guatemalan Style Omelet Breakfast

This breakfast is served daily at Sabe Rico, one of my favorite spots to have breakfast.

What do you think are the things that make this omelet breakfast into a Guatemalan style omelet breakfast?

That looks wonderful! Let’s see, the Guatemalan elements of that desayuno would have to be the black beans con crema (o queso?), chirmol, and fried bananos. And the vaso de Gallo 😉 Se me antoja!

It look realy good but central america the corn is a very native loke for example tortillas
