Following the typical Guatemalan approach to doing business which is don’t put all your eggs in one basket, here they sell freshly baked bread and they rent their telephone in case you forgot how many quetzals of champurradas you were supposed to buy.

My favorite Guatemalan bread are Semitas. Too bad that the “panaderias” don’t make them like they used to when I was young. In second place “champurradas”.
