Portrait Photo Sessions in Antigua Guatemala
Today while I was walking around with my camera on hand to catch new fresh images for AntiguaDailyPhoto, I came across a colleague, José Martínez appearing in the picture above, who was taking some photos of a Puerto Rican model for her portfolio and I took the opportunity to document the photo shoot and make a few photographs of the model as well.
Here are some of my favourites photographs I took of Karolyn González Colón, a Puerto Rican social worker visiting a friend in Guatemala. Believe or not, this gorgeous 25 woman does not model anymore since she decided to focus on her social work and to continue her education. Karolyn told me she loves Antigua Guatemala because of its colonial architecture is very similar to her dear Old San Juan in Puerto Rico. Besides La Antigua Guatemala, she paid a visit to Lake Atitlán as well (don’t we all?). I shared these photographs with Karolyn and she used one of them as her new profile picture in Facebook; guess which one?
If you would like to have a portrait photo session for you and your family with me next time you visit Guatemala, don’t hesitate to contact me ahead of time to schedule it.
