Smiling Student during Marching Band Practice

Once again, we continue the portraits of strangers series with a picture of a big smile of a student while during their marching band practice. I made this portrait during the most recent photo walks I lead to share how I approach my street photography portraits and how to photograph strangers on the streets. As I have mentioned before, I have developed a three-prong approach to my street portraits of strangers: the capture, the reaction and the pose. Spent 2 weeks in Guatemala eco-volunteering and taking Spanish classes, one of the highlights of the trip was a photo walk (class) with Rudy Giron Photography!
