Yoga Classes in Antigua Guatemala

It seems as yoga classes are all the rage in Antigua Guatemala. Everywhere I encounter people, mostly women, on their way to yoga classes as well as flyers hanged at bulletin boards through the city. What’s going on, why is everyone taking yoga classes?
