There you have it, the first tuk tuk food truck has appeared in Antigua Guatemala. It was only a matter of time to have the first ambulant fried chicken tuk tuk food truck as these three wheel motorcycles are being used for just about everything, from taxis, to ambulances, to police patrol vehicles, to deliver truck and now food trucks.
Also, it was quite predictable that it should be fried chicken the food offering that these tuc tuc food motorcycles would sell as pollo frito is the most often food sold in Guatemala, don’t you agree?
