Finally we have some very good Cantonese food options in Antigua Guatemalan thanks to Juancho Ming. The menu is quite small, six or seven offerings, but they all are very good. My favourites so far are the Tong ming, a mein soup and chau fun, a fat rice noodle stir fried, and, of course, the dumplings.
Above you can see the tong ming soup, an egg noodle soup with bok choy, soy sprouts, green onions and whatever kind of meat you want or mushrooms. This soup is simply delicious and comforting. ¡Buen provecho!
