Black and White Daily Life Vistas from Antigua Guatemala — Take 7

Black and White Daily Life Vistas from Antigua Guatemala — The Human Scale Inside the Baroque Architecture

One of my favorite photographic approaches for Antigua Guatemala is using the hundreds of arches found in the city as creative frames, such as this image captured inside el Antiguo Colegio de La Compañía de Jesús. Of course, since most of the frame was monochromatic, I decided to capture it in black and white to show my students of that day’s photo walk, when and why use black and white photography. I hope you like it as much as I do. Cheers!
