Ciudad Vieja’s Town Fair Rides

Ferias, or town fairs, would be quite boring if fair rides were not there to light up and make for a fun experience for the dare devils. As shown here, the different fair rides are big magnet for children and adults alike. In the background we can see the temple of Ciudad Vieja.

By the way, if I recall my history class on La Antigua Guatemala, when Ciudad Vieja was the capital of the kingdom of Guatemala [Central America] this temple belong to the San Francisco religious order; in other words this temple was not the main church on the main square. There goes a little trivia for you.
