Consecutive Day 3636 — Cerveza Cabro Reserva

Rudy Giron: Antigua Guatemala &emdash; Cerveza Cabro Reserva

Most people are familiar with Cerveza Gallo, the most popular beer in Guatemala. However, in my humble opinion, Moza and Cabro are much better beers. If you like dark beers, try Moza. If you like lagers, try Cabro and if you can, order a Cabro Reserva.

By the way, it seems that Cervecería Nacional, the makers of Cabro is at least one year older than Cervecería Centroamericana, the makers of Gallo. That’s your Guatemalan strange brew trivia. Enjoy!
