La Antigua Guatemala has a tremendous amount of food options per square kilometre, probably more than Guatemala City and many other larger cities. In my mind, carpaccio should not be a popular dish, but it is you can find in so many restaurants in Antigua Guatemala. I really enjoyed this version with less meat and more vegetables, especially the pickled aubergines and roasted zucchinis.
Where do you go for your favourite carppaccio?

I’d love to know where you got this carpaccio, Rudy. It looks scrummy!
Hello Anne, this carpaccio is from the cafe that is the back patio of Compañía de Jesús building. Let’s have one next time you come home.
