Foodie Fridays — Peruvian Ceviche from Chermol

Ceviche has to be one of my favorite foods; so far, there are over a dozen versions on ceviche posted here. Nevertheless, Peruvian ceviche is my favorite recipe. Fortunately, there are several restaurants that offer Peruvian ceviche in Antigua Guatemala, from the Peruvian restaurants to 7 Caldos and Chermol. My absolute favorite though, is this version from Chermol. They have it on special on Fridays with a michelada beer or you can order half pound or one pound bowls as shown here.

So, if you’re craving ceviche this Friday, this weekend or any weekend, head over to Chermol, located on 4a calle poniente, about half a block west from the main square. ¡Buen provecho!
