Antigua Guatemala’s Flower Festival 2021

This past weekend Antigua Guatemala dressed up many of its façades, fountains and parks with flower arrangements. The photograph above show the flower arrangements donned on the fountain of the Plazuela de La Escuela de Cristo.

This is the fifth Flower Festival of Antigua Guatemala and quite possibly the most successful; in fact too successful as the vehicular traffic became too much for our narrow cobblestoned streets and the crowds were way too big for a pandemic year.
