Oh boy oh boy, today I bring you a portrait of a little boy that works the streets of Antigua Guatemala. He is a little cuidador of cars or looker of vehicles. Basically, he keeps an eye on your vehicle and expects a tip in return. His sister and mom also work the streets near-by. Now I wonder he goes to school; I’ll make sure I ask him next time I see him.
As I have asked before, What kind of future awaits for Guatemala when its children are on the streets working to survive today. What kind of education and preparation will its labor force have in ten or twenty years?
