I don’t know if these would be considered fusion food, but I have to tell you it was delicious. This chicken and spaghetti dish can be had at La Toscana. Just be aware, they we don’t have Wi-Fi, and encourage people to talk to each other, or simply focus on enjoying your meal. Mangiare bene!

Oh my God, Rudy, I saw the jamon on top, and just started laughing, ha-ha-ha-ha ! Yes, I would call this ‘fusion food’. Comida guatemalteca sin jamon, eso es raro, no…? Ha-ha-ha!
I would call this Chicken Parmesan…..take the ham out, unnecessary!
