Black bean soup or frijoles colados, eggs prepared your way, fresh cheese, tortillas and coffee or atol is one of the traditional Guatemalan breakfasts offered in the Rincón Típico and in many of the diners in Antigua Guatemala. ¡Buen provecho!
So, I guess that at minimum you need black beans, prepared in any manner, to turn any breakfast into a traditional Guatemalan breakfast. What do you think?
