Sights of Our Times — Nearly Empty Streets

La Calle del Arco, actually 5th avenue, is the landmark street of Antigua Guatemala and certainly always packed with people, except during this pandemic. Even though we don’t have a curfew during the day, only from 6pm to 4am, it is recommended that everyone, except essential workers, stay at home. A quick look at Calle del Arco shows most people are collaborating with the medical personnel and first responders.
