Calle del Arco is Turning Into a Pedestrian Pathway

Slowly Calle del Arco has been turning into a pedestrian passageway. I have noticed during the recent photo walks I lead around town how each time more and more measures are implemented to allow more space for pedestrian. Yesterday I noticed how the municipal transit police closed completely the one block where the Arco de Santa Catalina is located.

Honestly, they should have turned the entire strip of 5a avenida, from Parque Central to Iglesia de La Merced, into a pedestrian pathway long time ago, don’t your agree?
