Believe it or not, this Winter has been so harsh for the people living in North America that even Santa Claus felt the urgent need to enjoy his time off in the land of the eternal Spring. As our loyal reader Manolo stated: “So that’s where “he” takes his vacation while we all think he went back to the North Pole, Canada H0H 0H0″
There you have it, no more excuses to come down to land of the temperate weather and blooming flowers, better known as Antigua Guatemala.

Oh Rudy, do I have stories (and photos) of this winter, here in the corner pocket! And I am so overdue for a visit to Guatelinda, it’s not even funny. Thank you for the inspirational photos. I am hoping to follow Santa’s lead, and get back to my favorite cafeteria para mi cafecito y pan dulce, muy pronto. I already know how great La Antigua is; it’s nice to know that Santa agrees with me.
Will you ever visit Antigua Guatemala during the dry season, that is the question?
