The 4th Avocado Festival of Antigua Guatemala was once again a total success. 150 fortunate attendees were able to experience and taste many different avocado creations, sweet and salty, finger food, desserts or main dishes, the avocado was the main ingredient of the day.
Besides the tasting of avocado delicacies, there were art exhibits, talks and presentations about the avocado and its history in Guatemala as well as a competition for the best sweet and salty avocado dish.
Below I share a photographic gallery of most of the dishes we tasted on 4to Festival del Aguacate, as it is officially called.
