Door knockers are an integral element of the Architecture of La Antigua Guatemala. How else can you knock on Heaven’s Door? Of course, you can find modern doorbell ringers, but they are no match to the beauty of the antique-looking door knockers.

If you had posted this a month ago, I would have said it’s Father Christmas (that’s what Santa is called here sometimes; I’d imagine it’s English, as opposed to American, perhaps.)
