Blue Skies Are Us

Blue Skies Are Us

Definitely, blue skies are us during the dry season. During the rainy season, the sky line remains white and gray most of the time. No wonder I love the dry season with its clear skies, wonderful light, cool climate and colorful celebrations.

You have to visit Antigua Guatemala at least once during the dry season to enjoy blue skies like the above.

  1. Wait a minute … there’s a DRY season in La Antigua ?!?! Why wasn’t I informed ? 🙂
Fantastic photo, Rudy. Yes, I will have to try harder to visit during the dry season. Although few things beat stumbling into Fernando’s for a hot cappuccino after being soaked in a downpour. Mmmmmmmm….

  2. Great picture, I love the horse and cart too – my attempts at taking this shot generally end up with a minibus or two parked in front.

Suffer is definitely the operative word, pale skin and fierce sun is not a good mix!
