Okay, here’s a sign of restaurant exploiting the fact that everybody knows all grandmothers prepare the best food and have the most obscure recipes for authentic traditional food. By the way, I do miss the food of mis abuelas. 🙁

Yes, Rudy, as Laurent says – como es la comida ? We have one fonda mexicana in my city One ! And I am there all the time. Cafe de olla, nopales, chapulines… and the owner gets his recipes from his abuela.

@Laurent and @Eric, actually I have had the chance to try the food here. I promise as soon as I go there, I will take pictures and report on the quality of the comida de la abuela.
My abuelita was from Momostenango and my abuelito from Quiche. She made the most delicious food, i miss them and the food so much:(
