Rudy, that is how I explain the sound to the North American monolinguals, ha-ha-ha. I keep telling my friends from here that the language needs to be EXPERIENCED, not just repeated like a parrot, and that La Antigua is a great place to start. Until now, I have only one person who wants to come visit with me…but she is the most important person to me, now, anyway…. 🙂

This map must be out of date. It doesn’t have any of the street names used in Antigua. There’s not a Una Via or a Doble Via anywhere on it!
That’s right Buzz, they repeat those names quite often as well.
